Happy Pets Happy You, LLC offers in-home pet care services in The Woodlands, TX area, including dog walking, drop-in visits, private boarding, and pet transportation ("Pet Taxi"). Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
By using this website or engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Services are provided only to pets owned by or in the lawful custody of the contracting party.
All service requests are subject to availability and confirmation. A meet-and-greet consultation may be required prior to the commencement of services. We reserve the right to decline service to any pet or client at our sole discretion.
Payment for services is due as agreed upon at the time of booking. We accept payment methods as communicated during onboarding. All sales are final unless otherwise specified in writing. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your pet(s), including health history, behavioral traits, vaccinations, and emergency veterinary contacts. You represent that your pet(s) are current on all required vaccinations and are not known to be aggressive toward people or other animals unless disclosed in advance.
In the event of a medical emergency, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you immediately. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at your expense, based on the emergency contact and veterinary information provided during onboarding.
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet(s), Happy Pets Happy You, LLC shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage arising out of or related to our services, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Happy Pets Happy You, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
