Yes. We require a Meet & Greet before beginning services whenever possible. This gives us an opportunity to get to know you, your pet, their routine, and any specific care needs while ensuring everyone feels comfortable.

Simply call, text us or submit a consultation request through our website. We'll discuss your needs, schedule a Meet & Greet, and create a personalized care plan for your pet.

Absolutely. We regularly care for households with multiple pets and tailor each visit to meet the needs of every one of them.

Yes! We love caring for both dogs and cats and can customize visits based on your pet's individual needs.
Do you administer medication?
Yes. We can administer many types of medications as directed. Please discuss your pet's specific needs during the consultation process so we can determine the best care plan.
Can you care for puppies and senior pets?
Absolutely. We understand that puppies and senior pets often require extra patience, attention, and routine consistency. We tailor care to meet their individual needs.
Private Boarding
What makes your boarding different?
Our private boarding experience is designed to provide a calm, home environment focused on personalized care, familiar routines, and individual attention. We intentionally prioritize quality over volume to help pets feel comfortable and secure.
Do you accept all dogs for boarding?
Not always. Because safety and compatibility are important, we evaluate each boarding request individually to ensure it is a good fit for both your pet and our environment.
Will my dog be crated?
For safety reasons, dogs may be crated when left unattended unless alternative arrangements have been discussed. We request pet parents to provide a crate their dog is already comfortable using.
What should I bring for boarding?
We recommend bringing your pet's food, medications, leash, crate (if applicable), and any comfort items that help them feel at home.
What are your boarding requirements?
Because we provide boarding in a private home environment, we maintain specific requirements to help ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet in our care.
Boarding guests must:
Complete a Meet & Greet prior to their first stay
Be current on age-appropriate vaccinations
Be on flea and tick prevention
Be potty trained
Be spayed or neutered when age appropriate
Be crate trained
*Exceptions may be made for puppies who have not yet reached the recommended age for spay or neuter procedures.

Are you insured?
Yes, the safety of your pets, your home, and our team is extremely important to us.
What happens in an emergency?
If an emergency arises, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you immediately. If necessary, we will seek veterinary care based on the emergency contact and veterinary information provided during onboarding.
How do you access my home?
Access arrangements are discussed during the Meet & Greet. We take the security of your home seriously and follow agreed-upon procedures for keys, lockboxes, gate access, and alarm systems.
Scheduling & Payments
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better—especially during holidays and peak travel seasons. Advance notice helps us ensure availability and provide the highest level of service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment options will be discussed during onboarding and are outlined in your service agreement.
Do you offer recurring services?
Yes, many of our clients use recurring dog walking and drop-in visit services. We'll work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs.
